The photographer Rolf Pötsch shows impressive photos of wild geese taking a rest on their flight to their winter quarters in East Frisia. Many of the barnacle geese also overwinter here. They fly in large flocks over the vast countryside with a lot of screaming, to the horror of farmers and to the joy of all nature lovers.
