What do chess pieces actually do in their free time? Aren't you tired of the uniform look in black and white? Wouldn't the pawn and knight also wear the king's crown? Doesn't the king even want to depose her? Would you like an imaginative chess board? This calendar shows twelve pictures in which the crowns were exchanged, the figures obviously went to parties and the clothes were changed. Just like in real life, when no one is looking too closely.

The images were created using imagination, artificial intelligence and Photoshop.
