A controversial topic: Conservationists oppose hunting, foresters and hunters consider it essential to maintain balance and protect young trees. I managed to take some wonderful photos of German game in the fields and forests of Lower Saxony. There are nationwide closed seasons for almost all of them. During these times they are not allowed to be shot, but what seems even more important to me is that they should not be disturbed during these times.
