A motif from the calendar "Labrador Retriever 2017" by Andrea Redecker: The Labrador originally comes from Newfoundland on the east coast of Canada. His job was to help the fishermen by retrieving lost nets and fish. This is the foundation for his love of water and passion for retrieving, which still characterize him today. The Labrador is considered an extremely adaptable and people-friendly dog, open-minded, good-natured and difficult to upset.
