The fantastic landscape of the Himalayas always attracts many mountain tourists to Nepal. Eight of the fourteen eight-thousanders are located in this small country with its friendly residents, a long history and great architectural monuments. The author visited the country many times and went on trekking tours to various regions of the Himalayas. The impressive photos shown in the calendar were taken during a tour of around 200 km, which began in Jiri, at an altitude of 2000 m in Solu Khumbu, led to the immediate vicinity of Everest, well above the 5000 mark, and ended at the famous Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Lukla .
