Today Minden is known for its waterway intersection, where the Mittelland Canal and the Weser intersect in one structure. The city is home to numerous Weser Renaissance buildings as well as Minden Cathedral, which is considered an important architectural landmark. Our calendar shows us the romantic sides of Minden's old town as well as an impressive aerial view of the Minden waterway intersection, where the Mittelland Canal runs over the Weser.
