The illustrations all come from the original magazines of Gaucher's Practical Fruit Tree Grower and were produced in the Lithographic Institute Ebenhusen & Eckstein, Stuttgart in 1887/1893. You will find fascinating representations of apple varieties that are still popular and widespread today, such as the Gravensteiner, various Reinettes and the Goldparmäne.
