The Emscher, once a sewer in the Ruhr area, has been free of wastewater since 2022. This means that one of the goals of the megaproject has been achieved: converting the Emscher into a wastewater-free, natural river landscape. More than 20 impressive art installations accompany this redesign. The calendar shows 13 of them in remarkable images and makes you curious for more.
