Every year, photographer Jürgen Creutzburg goes to the Scottish capital for a few days to capture life during rush hour and the light on the elegant rows of houses with their numerous chimneys at different times of the day.

In Edinburgh the term "rush hour" takes on a completely different meaning, because there the cityscape is not only characterized by the famous taxis, but here the shopping streets are combined with the daily rush hour traffic.

For the architectural cityscape and its skyline, the view from the extinct volcano Arthur's Seat is always a highlight. There are also beautiful views from Calton Hill, the main shopping street in the city center, of the Balmoral Hotel with Princes Street, which reflects life in the center.
